It was in 2019, while studying Secular Ethics with the Dalai Lama at his palace in Dharamshala, that I discovered the power of blending purpose with possibility. Since then, I’ve become a catalyst for visionaries ready to change the world, creating large-scale, high-profile content, companies and events, and producing celebrity partnerships with top-level execution. My work has been featured in the Smithsonian, and spans NASA and Saturday Night Live. Goop called it “an act of genius.” No biggie. What I offer you here is a space where purpose becomes profit, ideas spark impact, and work changes the world.

Jess Zaino is a powerhouse mastermind at the intersection of entrepreneurial vision, media, and activating capital for brands, projects and people. An Emmy Award-winning producer and author of Do You: How to Master an Epic Midlife, Jess has spent her career breaking barriers and shaping what’s next in media, brand, impact and culture.

At the forefront of digital media evolution, Jess helped launch the internet’s earliest creator culture platforms at the PSEUDO.com Online Television Network, starred in MTV’s cult hit Daria, and even toured with NASA as the lead singer of a math + science rock band,  all before becoming a celebrity stylist and on-air lifestyle host on E! Entertainment, with a Glamour magazine column.

Her career evolved from on-camera talent to behind-the-scenes leadership, where she developed and sold series for MTV, the Food Network, and the BBC, and produced live broadcast television at ABC (The Chew) and the Golden Globes.

She went on to hold senior roles at Hartbeat (Kevin Hart) and Hoorae (Issa Rae), where she drove brand partnerships and new business development, forging collaborations between global talent and top brands to transform creative ideas into cultural currency and commercial success. At Hearst, she was a key member of a $50M brand team, pioneering brand-sponsored strategies that seamlessly connected content, commerce, and broadcast television distribution.

A serial entrepreneur, Jess co-founded and served as CEO of The Jane Club, a groundbreaking community space for mothers and their children,  raising $2M in female-led funding and creating high-profile experiences sponsored by brand partners at Essence Festival and SXSW.

As Executive Producer of the upcoming film The Telepathy Tapes, Jess continues to merge content and consciousness, amplifying stories that move hearts and shift paradigms.

Today, through Jess Zaino Worldwide, she continues to inspire audiences and identify new opportunities for impact, and avenues of revenue that elevate culture, commerce, and consciousness.

"The goal was to establish centers like the one opened by entrepreneur and founder Jess Zaino in a Burbank photo studio. Inspired by community child care she'd witnessed in refugee camps in India and her own experiences as a working single mom during the pandemic, Zaino used an emergency waiver from Gov. Gavin Newsom to create a child care center for about 15 essential worker families funded by community donations. "
